Cargo - Services

In cooperation with Cargo HŽ, different types of carriages are available to us depending on the type of goods transported: open and closed wagons, especially made wagons, plato-wagons, tanks and others.

Cargo as container operator

As container operator and the user of terminals, through strong commercial activities and the provision for quality customer services, Agit Ltd. aims to direct as many containers as possible to rail transport in domestic and international transport.
A new container terminal was opened in May, 1992 at the Zagreb Zapadni kolodvor- KT Vrapče train stations.

Container terminal services:

• A 40,000 m² storage area enabling the reception of 1000 TEU units
• Trans-shipment, reception and disposal of containers and removable crates
• Trans-shipment, temporary warehousing and distribution of pallets and larger shipping units (metal sheet, iron, etc.)
• Filling and emptying of containers
• Repairs and maintenance of containers and removable crates
• Rental of storage space (open and closed)
• The possibility of making a port for frigo-containers
• Special trans-shipment with own capacities (forklift trucks, autocranes…)
• Customs clearance of goods

Agit abroad

Agit Ltd. is the leading organizer of intermodal transportation in the region due to the unique connection between the ports of Rijeka and Ploče, its own land containers terminals, railroads and roads.
Regular rail lines and our own truck delivery gives us the opportunity to provide you with an environmentally-friendly, efficient and convenient form of transport.
We launched the project for organizing a "Rijeka - Belgrade Express" container train from the port of Rijeka to Belgrade, delivering goods promptly to the end user in Belgrade, but also to other destinations and markets in Serbia.

Since 2005, the sister company Agit BiH in Sarajevo has been the leading company on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the organization of railway transport of general cargo and intermodal units.

Since 2008, we have been operating on the Serbian and Eastern European market through the Agit 2008 company, which is headquartered in Belgrade and offers general and combined cargo transport services.

Since October 2009, we are also operating on the Austrian market in the field of organization of railway transport of general cargo and intermodal units.
