Dom Express - Services

Dom Express, a business unit of AGIT, handles the (door-to-door) distribution of packages, pallets and other consignment on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

We dispatch and deliver parcels with more than 100 motor vehicles, with a satellite tracking option, and with 50 train cars.

At the client's request, we come to any address in the country and we are capable of meeting the demands of our clients, with a lower parcel delivery cost.

Also, via electronic tracking of shipments with the track & trace option, supported by the current Microsoft IT solution, we enable our customers to promptly obtain information on the status of every shipment we send - delivered, declined delivery, in transit, en route, etc.
Clients may choose to receive daily e-mails with complete and accurate information on the status of their shipments (a report is automatically generated every day), thus saving time.

Package
A package is a properly packed parcel in a shipment cardboard box, with a maximum total weight of 50 kg / piece, a 0.25 m³ volume and up to 1.5 m in length.

Pallets
A pallet is a properly packed parcel on one Eurostandard pallet (with the dimensions of 0.8 x 1.2 m), the maximum height of 1.8 m and the maximum mass of 800 kg / pc. Accounting mass is 1 m³ = 200 kg.

Cargo parcels (non-standard parcels)
SAll shipments that are not within the above-mentioned dimensions cannot be transferred as packages or pallets, but as Cargo shipments.
Cargo shipments with a mass exceeding 800 kg / piece, volume over 2 m³ / piece and length of over 4 m, can be handed for transport under special conditions and with the prior approval of Customer sales services.
The accounting mass for Cargo shipments is 1 m³ = 200 kg.
